We have launched a Premium Support option for customers that want 1:1 assistance over phone or Skype with a tech support expert connected directly to their computer. We still offer FREE email customer support and the responses are generally within 24 hours.

Premium Support Details: Premium Support can be purchased in 1 hour blocks. If the issue is resolved in under an hour, we are happy to assist with any other issues or to provide assistance with customization or configuration of your HUD, filters, etc.

Refund Policy: If we do not resolve the problem, we will refund your Premium Support payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling: At least 30 minutes notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 30 minutes notice then a charge of 1 hour will be applied. Normal cancellations have no fees.

Pricing: $60 per hour. 1 hour minimum.
